PUNCTUALITY IS CRITICAL

I don't know what is going on with UBER lately!! I ordered pick up for 7:10am this morning and my driver still 21 minutes away and its now 7:05am. I hate it when services are not punctual and I have a flight to catch!!!! I have texted driver 4 times, told him to cancel if he late BUT then I AM CHARGED R120 for cancelation!!! RIDICULOUS
