Professionalism

I requested a ride for someone else and when the driver arrived he asked that person to accompany him to fetch other people far away from the requested destination. My fare was R42, when i called my person to ask why are they going the other direction he then told me that the driver asked him to accompany him to his destination and he will take him to his destination after and he handed the phone to that driver and he told me that no i must not worry about that fare he will cover it im only liable for R42 only. When the ride ended i got a message that i have R122 that is due for payment when i check my payment was already paid. The person that i requested the ride for told me that he gave him R100 to give it to the next driver...and he was surprised to what has happened because he has never used uber before. I am so disappointed and angry to what has happened and i just want to know who is going to pay for that ride? The driver was not professional and there were no contact number where i could contact him and get clarity for his doings. So im very puzzled and i dont know how im i going to trust drivers again?
