Price hike at 06:30?!!!

I have been using Uber for about 4 years and have been very happy with their service till recently. As if late they have been hiking the fare from R220 to R870 one way!! What i don't understand is how is this possible? It has never been this high.

I would like some answers and no automated junk as i have tried to send my complaint via email.
