Potential for ***** and Uber Customer Care Doesn't Care At All

Uber Customer Care is useless. I have sent numerous queries to resolve the issue I have with my uber account and it has been fruitless for nearly 1 year. I created an uber account and when I needed to change my details at some point, I discovered that some one elses number appears on my profile, thus preventing me from even logging in on my account. Now I cannot log into the account anymore. How can I know whether ***** is taking place on my account as I have no access, my credit card is linked to it and UBER CUSTOMER CARE WIPES THERE *&$ OFF to my requests for assistance. I am angry, anxious and down right disgusted by this Non-Service. You are ok to take money yet you cannot deliver when you get a query for assistance.
