Poor UBER service

Latest trend amongst Cape town Uber drivers is to fill up their cars with a small amount of R80 or R100 of fuel after picking up their passangers to and from Cape town international airport. It happened with me on 3 and 18 Sep 21. Taking into account that you only buy approx 5 litres of fuel for this amount, it makes me feel uncomfortable and unsave. I am not sure if I will reach my destination with such a small amount of fuel. If the car runs out of fuel I will probably get ****** next to the road and miss my flight. The condition of some of the cars is also poor.
