Poor UBER service

I Ordered a UBER COMFORT from OR Tambo to Bryanston on 14 April 2026. The Uber driver picked me up in a dirty TOYOTA COROLLA QUEST Reg KF98CY GP without rear wheel caps which is defenitely NOT COMFORT class. Despite the poor condition of the vehicle I was still charged UBER COMFORT rates.
