Poor Uber experiences

I have just had to wait 30 min for an Uber and twice had drivers cancel on me after I have been waiting for them for some time. Additionally, the app did not allow me to cancel a ride despite it indicating that it is still looking for a driver. I use Uber daily and service and the app have deteriorated significantly!
