Poor supporting system

I have app**** to become a driver for uber. I have been battling for a long while now with background checking, i have used different places as well physically printed the results as well and it is always rejected with no reason or concerns. I have tried getting in touch to resolve this problem and there is absolutely no respond. I have used the same company as the example (MIE) for the background check and still rejected. I have spend a lot of money just on documentations.
