Poor service the drivers do as the plese

Firstly yesterday I was charged 26.00 where by the driver did not come and he canceled on me to tell to request another one and today again I requested uber where by the driver left in front of me and now you are telling me about cancellation fee of 25.00 whos fault is it that the driver decided to leave huh you need to waive that 25.00 and compensate me my yesterday 26.00 which I did not take the ride. Okay.
