Poor service regarding fee at Uber eats

I ordered food via Uber eats and at delivery I paid the driver cash. He said there’s something wrong with the app because it couldn’t give him my details hence he couldn’t call to say he’s arrived, so I’m thinking that’s the reason why he didn’t confirm that I paid him. Now I try requesting for a ride it says I owe R141.60 for my precious order which I paid. I called their service support and their consultant and supervisor weren’t helpful at all, then they pretended not to hear me all of a sudden
