POOR SERVICE FROM UBER DELIVERY

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with service recieved from Uber, I purchased 3 items from Game through Uber on 2025/07/07, 2 items were sold out but I didn't receive any refund. Now Uber is saying the refund period of 4 days has passed they can't do anything. I need my money, I made the payment of R954.90 and only item valued R346.90 was delivered. This is my hard earned money, Uber please do the right thing!
