Poor service from Uber
A few times I ordered an Uber, and noticed when it's a short trip, the drivers accept then decline, once I had to make other arrangements cause no Uber driver accepted my request.
Now I booked, and about 2 drivers canceled and wasted 15 minutes of my time, and I need to be somewhere soon. If there's a minimum km per trip only, please apply this rule on the app so we can't book the trip in the first place.

It's frustrating requesting a ride and just watching the app loop cause no drivers want to accept the ride. Idea of a taxi service is to do get someone from A to B, what's the point if the drivers don't accept a trip?
