Poor service from Charles in Pretoria

I requested Uber around 17:15 it only arrived 20 minuets later... the driver shouted at me when I called to ask where he was and told me to cancel my trip. I couldn’t cancel the trip as the amount was already deducted from my account, I was so disappointed I’ve never experienced such bad attitude from Uber drivers. Charles gave me a bad attitude
