POOR SERVICE DELIVERY: UBER

I lodged a complaint on the UBER App for a refund as my bank account was doubled charged for the same trip. This has now happened on 2 occassions. UBER did not even acknowledge the my complaint. This is very poor service delivery, as it effects my finances.
