Poor service delivery

I needed Uber to get around while waiting on my car to be fixed. So my son was using an Uber to get to the train station from his school. Uber let me wait on hold for 20 minutes before letting me know that they could not locate a driver. This time lapse resulted in my son being late for his train and he only got home after 6pm. It has happened more than once. The peak hour rate is ridiculously expensive to get from one point to another in the same area. On a separate occasion a driver did not know where the entrance to a well known mall was and cancelled the trip. I was charged a penalty for it. This person clearly was not from around here as he was totally clueless and unwilling to pick me up at the spot I requested. Very disappointing!!!!
