Poor service

Your drivers go on strike and Uber prices to increase as a result yet your drivers won't take short trips and commuters wait 30mins to an hour for a driver to be nice and accept. Drivers cancel trips just because and you're left stranded or they drive past you and refuse to come back or don't show up and refuse to cancel the trip so you still pay a cancellation fee... One night your driver drove past me and refused to return he expected me to cancel so he would still get a cancellation fee had to fight to get reimbursed and I'm sure the driver suffered no consequences at all, during their strike I paid X3 the amount which I won't get back, if we get a discount it never works and if it does the drivers don't accept. There is no use in using your services anymore... Multiple bad experiences and they just keep coming
