Poor service

For sometime I didn't have a car and had to rely on Uber for most of my trips, I have to say they are not exactly what they advertise few rides were good but most of them were horrible.

Most drivers are rude the worst one was one who shared hi opinion about how we don't treat other people right and he didn't even know me. 4 minutes turns to 10 minutes when when you call they don't pick up so it's like the drivers just push time for the system to cancel the trip so that you get charged for cancellation, the number to call for complaints doesn't work that time its on their website so we are forced to rely on the fancy app with a whole lot of restrictions.
