Poor service

<p>I have been trying to help my parents for the past 3 months with their Uber account. Numerous emails are just ignored. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their profiles are incorrect and they cant change the info on their phones and Uber cannot do it on their side. I dont know what to do and we are at the point where they have to use another service or a regular taxi service. </p>
