Poor service!

My trip was initially R60 I texted the driver where to find me at the shopping centre and he proceeded to wait elsewhere. I eventually found him and he was surprised I even had a trip, he said he set his app on auto accept trips. The driver still had a passenger in the car and explained that the other passenger left to go get changed. We waited for almost 10 and that wait charged on my own trip. My final charge was R92.85. I logged a refund on the app however it only refunded R5. This is unacceptable, may I be refunded the difference please.
