Poor service

On the 8th of December 2018 my sister requested that I call Uber for them and I did. I payed it via debit card but the driver requested that they pay. The driver was Vusi and he was paid R49 cash and R49 via debit card. .. Then again on the 4th January 2019 I requested for my mother and again Thomas the driver asked for payment whereas I had already paid for the trip via debit card...
