Poor Customer Service From Uber

Left my keys behind on the 4th of December, tried contacting the driver via the app but the drivers registered number does not exist. Contact support and they said they will pass my information onto the driver, the driver contacted me and we arranged to meet on the 5th to collect my keys, tried to contact the driver on the 5th to confirm meeting time but the drivers number does not exist, contact support again but still the same bull**** is being copied and pasted, absolutely disappointing service from Uber, how do they let drivers operate with cellphone numbers that do not exist.
