Poor customer service

Poor help support centre. I was charged for an unknown trip the driver didn't stop the trip and an unknown charge was deducted of my account. Upon realizing this I struggled 4 hours on the Uber website to log the complaint finally after a few days of trying different optioms on the help site they tell me I cannot log a complaint 3 days after.

This is pathetic!!! And customer support service not user friendly and doesn't accommodate all complaints.
