Poor customer service at Uber eats

I ordered on uber eats on 30September, 2 October and 4 October. On all three days I earned R30 for each day I ordered and was told I can use the money earned the following week. It been 6 days now asking uber eats to send me the promo code but I have not received any help, the first few days I was told they are investigating until I got no response from them. At this point I feel mislead and ****** as I ordered thinking I am really earning the R30s that were advertised
