Poor Customer Service

Last night I had requested a trip for my sister and the driver decided to cancel the trip and I had already been charged R94 for the trip but the driver was so rude to say that there's no amount got charged to me but there was money out for the trip he kept on arguing with me I am not happy with this service and It happening for the second time and I was never refunded that amount of a trip I need a full refund
