Poor App and ******** Drivers

Last night I left my bag in an uber and have been trying to contact the driver by the name of Gaston with car reg CAA94869. I have tried to contact the driver via the app and to be honest it’s a ****ty app because it won’t allow you to see the drivers details and items get ****** by these uber driver’s without any trace despite of calling the number +27 (60) ***
