Poor and unprofessional uber eats service

I ordered food via the app from nandos Mitchell's plain today paid R319. No delivery was made . Tried to contact them up to now 18.12 pm . I contact the nandos store n they confirmed that the driver collected the order and nothing can be done to track him.communication between them and 3rd party is very poor and even when u want to contact uber u need to send an email
