Poor administration and taking your money

<p>Watch out when a driver cancels a trip. I was still charged a cancellation fee when the driver made me wait 40 minutes and did not pitch and then cancelled. To make things worse, his phone was off. and after 40 minutes Uber sent me a cancelation notice and still billed me for the cancellation. very poor service... daylight roberts. no trust in Uber. </p>
