Please rectify I'm not paying 25Rand

I am disappointed that you guys don't have a platform where customers can complain. Today 26/01/2020 I was requesting a ride from church for a church member who is in a wheelchair. Joseph asked me to meet at Joe like who is picking up who here I must now walk to him wow not even walk I must now take my church member to him who is Ina Wheelchair. I tell him I am in the situation he then cancelled my Uber request wow now I am charged R25 for cancelation fee were I did not even cancel. I am really disappointed
