****ed at the service I get from Uber

Uber definitely knows how to ruin my day. First they charged me for a trip I clearly didn't take and they still haven't refunded me and now they made me pay for food that didn't even get delivered. And then they have the audacity to tell me they will give me a discount... Like is that how they run their business, showing no care whatsoever for the people paying their bills... The customers I am beyond ****ed I am actually in awe...
