Phone ****** in an Uber, no response from Uber!

My phone got ****** by an Uber driver on Sunday morning. Authentication codes go to the number that is ******. I cannot access my Uber account or my gmail account in order to report the phone ******. Friends and family have attempted to report on my behalf, but they keep getting very delayed very unhelpful responses from Uber. I run my business from that phone and that number is linked to everything! I’m so disappointed in the lack of urgency and responsiveness from Uber- what if something worse had happened and a kidnapping had taken place?! Are we not supposed to feel safe in an Uber?!
