PETTY *******!!!!

On Tuesday the 6 March I requested an Uber ride from my workplace in Sunnyside to my home. About three (3) if not four (4) drivers cancelled on me and I had to make other transport arrangements but I was charged a R25-00 cancellation fee and a trip fare of R132-00 was debited from my bank account. I wrote to Uber the following day disputing the charges. They responded in an e-mail and said the R132-00 amount was a hold and should clear in a few days and that the R25-00 has already been credited to my Uber credits (not my choice). Despite that, this morning I noticed that Uber debited a R25-00 cancellation fee from my bank account and on top of that, the R25-00 Uber credit still appears on the Uber App. This is not the first time Uber has been in and out of my bank accounts. A number of times when I request an Uber ride, I will agree to one amount and later Uber will reverse the charged amount and debit more than what I agreed to. This is literally *****ing! I mean most of my trips are repeating and there should certainly be a fixed amount from Sunnyside to Andeon (the distance is the same every time). Having my account number does not mean every transaction you think of is authorised. Actually, I will never use my debit card to pay for anything with Uber but before that please refund my two cancellation fees - one allocated to Uber credits and one debited from my bank account. I have not requested for my money to be credited to Uber credits and would like it repaid to my bank account the same way it was deducted from it. And please STOP *****ING from me I am a single mother of two that is if you think I have money lying around!
