Pending card transactions not canceling for months

Several trip cancellations or failed attempts has resulted in R2000 + hanging as reserved on my bank card. My bank will not release as I need proof of cancellation. The uber app has no trail of these trips as it was either failed attempts or dropped by driver side due to connectivity etc. These reserved amounts has been hanging for over 6 months. How do I get uber to cancel these card payments.
