Payment taken

Yesterday morning I requested a ride for R115 and it deducted payment before the driver even arrived ,furthermore as we got in the car ,the driver asked where are we going ,then we told him we going to horison and he told us he only drives to weltevreden park so he cancelled on us ,and we were charged a cancellation fee ,the money is still deducted off my account from my bank and has not yet been refunded ?
