Payment Issues with Uber!!

I am extremely annoyed by the fact that I was charged twice by uber. And never refunded. I have been checking my bank statements daily yet nothing has been sorted. I have complained twice via the help support. But no reply. I don't think I'll be using eft if this is the way things go. I've brushed it over before but now I'm just livid
