Payment for nun ride taken

Hi After a problem with change I was advised to change payment method to card. 31 Dec 2023 I made a R70 payment via my bank account. That same evening 2 additional payments was deducted from my bank *** and R49. Complaint the same night and then UBER reverse the R49 and made R139 R134 and is not reversing that big amount R134. I did not make use of a ride R134 why must I be held responsible for their system .
