I have been trying to get the money that was reserved on my card as "Authorisation hold" back for 8 days now.

I was charged the fare trip (R111) as well as the holding fee (R130) but have never been refunded the R130, even after numerous messages to their "Help" function on the App.

Stop being *** and pay back the money.
