Pathetic Uber should be held accountable!!!

Uber should be banned in South Africa for not caring about their customers. 2 weeks ago I sent a parcel with an Uber driver. It was 2kg Raw honey. He asked me if it's raw honey and I said yes and he rep**** he also wanted for himself, he'd come back and buy from me. He never made the delivery and stole the honey! I took it up with Uber which send me an email telling me that they gave my personal details to the driver so that I can sort out the issue with him if he calls me. Really? It was such a hassle even logging a complaint then they don't even take ownership of it. Disgusting!!!
