Pathetic uber

Wrote off my car yesterday due to pathetic uber driver. Fingers broken and now driver is accusing me. He came from the left lane pulling in infront of me. Misjudging his own distance he wanted to make a u-turn right there infront of me. Trying to make a u- turn where he wasnt even allowed to. Raining and slippery i slammed in his door. Now he is accusing me. Where do i report this to get hold of uber
