Pathetic Support/ Help Line -Uber South Africa

South Africa - try and call support on *** - dialed the number 15 times, they have an automated call center prompting for a response by entering a certain number, no matter what you do, the response is not recognized - unable to reach support. Took two trips had 6 trips charged to my account- only in Africa- always a way to *****!!!!!!
