PATHETIC SERVICE-TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW TAXI SERVICE

My son left his cell phone in the Uber car, tried phoning driver and can't get through. Tried getting hold of Uber via phone and app, no one answers and no one contacted me back. PATHETIC!
