Pathetic Service From Uber Driver

<p>I requseted a ride on sunday the 14/05/17 @ Eastgate mall</p> <p>A driver by the of Ji accepted the trip and even had the nerve to call and confirm that he'll pick me up.</p> <p>He made me wait like a fool in the cold knowing very well that he had no intention of honouring the pick up</p> <p>I then tried to call him twice and he ignored my calls.</p> <p>and as the norm with Uber they stil cahrge a cancellation Fee as though its your fault</p> <p>Uber can you please train some of your drivers to be honest with us. If they cant make a pick up just say so.</p> <p>I'm really disappointed with the service as i waited for nothing.</p> <p>Uber can you please do something about this.</p>
