Pathetic service from Uber

I used Uber service on Saturday 25th Jan 2025. The driver's name is Sindile Reymond. My trip cost R36.00 and the driver did not have change so I gave him R50.00 and asked him to credit my R14.00 change of which he didn't, instead my account shows that I owe Uber R22.00! I logged a complaint with Uber but to-date matter has not been sorted instead the response from Uber is "we will respond when a customer service representative is available". Since Saturday today it's Tuesday!!! The service is pathetic 😒 from the driver that has ****** me of my hard earned cash to Uber customer service! I am extremely disappointed and very unhappy as i have been a loyal client since 2017. 😞
