Pathetic Service from UBER

I recently picked that UBER is not refunding the fees of the trips in the event that the driver cancels the trip, I requested refunds, in cases where the driver failed to come. It's now 2 months since my first refund hasn't been processed. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE.

This is worse because we don't look for these transactions on our bank statements since there are small in most cases.
