Pathetic Service

I am very disappointed on the pathetic service received from the drivers that do work for Uber. I struggled for more than an hour to get a ride. The money goes off and then you wait, with no response . Money does get credited back, when you try again the driver accepts and then cancels the trip. I had to get home to my wife and kids and had to get someone else to do it, and then you are not even the cheapest around. Please relook at who drives for you!!!
