Pathetic service

My mum had just used the uber today ,initially the fee was R36.00 and it only took her 3 minutes to get to her company from home .an hour or 2 later ,the R36.00 was reversed back onto her card and charged R59.00 .Upon loading the uber app ,and loading on the card information (which stipulated that we won't be charged in fine print) yet she was charged as soon as she entered her details . The ride only took 3 minutes and she was charged more than what she had .This is unacceptable!she needs to be reimbursed for what Uber had taken out as that was the incorrect fee information that was provided.!
