Pathetic Service

<p>This morning around 06h52 i called Uber. i got into the car around 07h00. about 300 meters from my home the driver stopsthe car in the middle of the road and say he can't stand the smell of snuff. i told him that i don't use snuff and he told me to get out of his car as what i have used is too strong for him, i told him to please cancel the trip as i was late for work and needed to request another ride. he stood outside the car and said his life is very important aa a result he will only get the phone once the smell is out of the car. i waited for him to be ready to cancel the trip. the uber drivers have become very arogant and they have no idea what customer service is. this customer has insulted me and i i don't think his managers understand the humiliation and inconvenience this caused. for it is not about the money but the emotional truama. how dare he say i use snuff. </p> <p>uber management never bothers to call customers all they send is an automated response </p>
