Pathetic

Dear Uber.

Firstly when I sent messages to the Uber driver he did not reply. He was literally two blocks away.

Secondly when I phoned him to find out where he is he told me that the Uber app was F##cking around. I then phoned again and again he put down. I want my cancellation fee back immediately and will not use Uber again.

This is pathetic.

My partner got a ride with bolt quicker and arrived at his destination which is 20km away before I got to my destination 2km away.

Really and truly pathetic service.
