Pathetic

I ordered an Uber for my father who is old and the and paid card and the driver took cash from him for the trip as well and im told they not going to refund me and then the next day I order on Uber eats and I pay with Uber credits and the driver refused to give me my order and he tells me if you don't have money it's not his problem
