Pathetic customer service.. Hope u dont have issues with ur uber account!

Uber rates themselves as being a first innovative company for customer service and delivery. This is total nonsense. I would like to know why South Africans cannot get any support about complaints. All I get is redirects to an India call centre with no managers, apparent anytime u call they on lunch. My wife has been trying for a year to reactivate her account. I cannot add her onto my family profile as well, no one can tell me why. All we are told is to call back. Pathetic customer service. The last call which I recorded is shameful for any customer experience is shameful for a business that should address customers needs and provide adequate support.
