Pathetic Customer Service

I am so ****ed off with your drivers.

I ordered food for R121 .

Whilst waiting for my food I was stuck on a call and could not go out!!!!Your driver lefts my food in the grass!!!! where there a sprinklers according to the picture when I went outside there was NO FOOD!!!!! The reception was literally just there he could have left it there!!!!

All Ubereats tells me it is not eligible for refund!!!! I wants my food or my money!!!!
